You can request a free quote by filling out our online quote form, calling us at (503) 123-4567, or messaging us on WhatsApp. We schedule a free on-site consultation to assess your property before providing a detailed, written estimate. There is no obligation attached to the consultation or quote.
For routine maintenance services, we can typically schedule within 5–10 business days. For larger design and installation projects, timelines vary based on project scope and current scheduling. We always provide a clear start date in your project agreement before any work begins.
We offer both. Many clients hire us for one-time projects such as garden installations, hardscaping, or seasonal cleanups. We also offer flexible monthly maintenance plans with no long-term contracts required. You can start or stop monthly service with 14 days notice.
Light rain typically does not stop our crews from completing scheduled lawn maintenance. However, for safety and quality reasons, we may reschedule certain services such as hardscaping, seeding, or chemical applications when heavy rain is forecast. We will always notify you in advance of any reschedule.
Our pricing depends on the type of service, property size, and project complexity. Routine lawn mowing and maintenance starts at $79 per visit. Monthly care packages start at $189/month. Custom design and installation projects are quoted individually after a free on-site assessment. View our Pricing page for package overviews.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and check for larger projects. A deposit is required before larger project work begins. Monthly maintenance is billed on the 1st of each month.
No. We believe in full transparent pricing. All costs, including materials, labour, and any equipment fees, are itemized in your written quote. You will never receive a surprise charge that was not discussed and agreed upon in advance.
No long-term contracts are required. Our monthly maintenance plans are completely flexible. You can pause or cancel with 14 days written notice. We earn your continued business through quality work, not binding agreements.
